Information for Prospective Employees
Applications for summer work / placement must be made no later than the 15th January of the year of placement. All applications must be accompanied by a CV and a cover letter advising dates of availability, intended holidays during the placement period and areas of working interest ( ie, kitchen, housekeeping, restaurant , bar ). Should you have written references include copies with your application . We regret that we will not reply to or acknowledge applications not complying with our requirements..
The minimum contract period for full time jobs is 9 months. Applications should include a C.V. and written references and can be e mailed or posted to the company. Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Ireland.
There are staff privileges for the facilities at Rathsallagh, and if you play Golf or tennis - playing snooker or just generally living in a large beautiful county estate then Rathsallagh is the place for you. We generally have up to 5 staff living on the premises at any one time. We have a maximum of 2 persons per room, all accommodation is provided with washing machines, dryers, ironing boards and cooking facilities. The staff common rooms is equipped with free Internet Access.
Rathsallagh is a family run enterprise and a member of the O'Flynn family is always present on the premises.
